The FCRP™ Assessment & Online Exam Rules (v.1.2)

The Financing & Capital Raising Professional™ Programme Assessment & Online Exam Rules (The FCRP™ Assessment & Online Exam Rules) governs the proper conduct required for online exam & assessment for both the Foundation Level and Advanced Level of FCRPTM.
Both Foundation Level and Advanced Level online exams are open-book.
Calculators Allowed
There is NO restriction on type or model number for calculators allowed to be used during a FCRPTM online exam.
Online Exam Misconduct & Violations
Candidates should endeavour to adhere to proper conduct during a FCRPTM online exam.
PTI treats online exam misconduct and violations very seriously and strictly. Online Exam Misconduct & Violations Activities (or Misconduct & Violations) include but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any act to impersonate, misrepresent or falsify your identity any time, including but not limited to online exam registration &/or enrolment &/or taking of any of our online exams;
- Dual or multiple registrations &/or enrolments for same online course/exam in same exam session;
- Allowing another person or other persons to use your User Account &/or sitting for any online exam for you;
- Asking someone for help &/or offering help &/or sitting for another candidate in answering any part of the questions of any online exam;
- Submitting answers not done by yourself as a candidate;
- Engaging in any other action that will improve your online exam results in dishonest manner;
- Refusing or being uncooperative to perform the required steps &/or comply with any required candidate identity verification procedures;
- Disclosing your identity in any way in answer script of any online exam;
- Except as allowed, whether electronically or BY OTHER means, downloading, printing, saving, copying, taking any picture, sharing, reproducing, imitating, recording in any form, format or using any tool, making a duplicate copy in any form, format or using any tool, distributing, disseminating, selling, reselling, renting, leasing, transferring, assigning, licensing, or sublicensing the curriculums, suggested readings lists, sample online exam questions, study materials, online exam questions (including but not limited to questions and answer choices for multiple choice questions as well as essay questions), or answer sheet or screen (including your answers), without our prior written consent;
- Breaching any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights) of PTI, Our PDLCs Partners, or any third party;
- Maintaining or using more than one User Accounts;
- Any other matters considered as an online exam Misconduct & Violation Activities, as determined at sole and absolute discretion of PTI &/or Our PDLC Partner(s);
- Failing to follow any PDLCs or online exam instructions;
- Violation(s) or failing to comply with any policies or requirements relating to our PDLCs &/or online exams etc., including policies and rules of The FCRP™ Programme, etc.
Assessment Misconduct & Violations
The following are considered Assessment Misconduct & Violation Activities:

- Submitting answers not done by yourself as a candidate;
- Engaging in any other action that will improve your assessment results in dishonest manner;
- Not complying with the required steps for candidate identity verification procedures;
- Disclosing your identity in any way in the answer script in any way;
- Except as allowed, whether electronically or by other means, downloading, printing, saving, copying, taking any picture, sharing, reproducing, imitating, recording in any form, format or using any tool, making a duplicate copy in any form, format or using any tool, distributing, disseminating, selling, reselling, renting, leasing, transferring, assigning, licensing, or sublicensing the curriculums, suggested readings lists, sample assessment questions, study materials, assessment questions, or answer sheet or screen (including your answers), without our prior written consent;
- Breaching any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights) of PTI, Our PDLCs Partners, or any third party;
- Maintaining or using more than one User Accounts;
- Any other matters considered as Misconduct & Violations Activities, as determined at sole and absolute discretion of PTI &/or Our PDLC Partner(s);
- Failing to follow any of the PDLCs or assessment instructions;
- Violation(s) or failing to comply with any policies or requirements relating to our PDLCs &/or assessment etc.
The online exam misconduct & violation activities and the assessment are collectively known as Misconduct & Violation Activities.
Candidates should note the above lists do NOT represent an exhaustive list. PTI reserve our rights to determine, at our sole and absolute discretion, whether an alleged misconduct is a Misconduct & Violation Activity, and PTI’s decision will be final and conclusive.
As determined at sole and absolute discretion of PTI, engaging in any Misconduct & Violation Activities would result in below for the candidate:
- Disqualification and revocation of your rights to take ALL of our online exams, other assessment(s) and PDLCs (i.e. not only restricted to online exam &/or PDLCs in question);
- Results of ALL online exams & assessments taken by you (INCLUDING ONLINE EXAMS &/or PDLC ALREADY PASSED and online exam in question) would become void;
- Revocation, cancellation and termination of your membership, if any, with Our PDLCs Partners and Our Business Partners;
- Revocation, cancellation and termination of your User Account, & your rights to use our website(s) & to use all our products and services;
- Revocation, cancellation and termination of membership with IPMA and, if any, other PDLCs Partners of PTI on permanent basis;
- All fees, charges and any amount paid (including but not limited to the particular online exam &/or assessment &/or PDLC) will be forfeited and will not be refunded; and
- Other disciplinary actions &/or penalties as determined at sole and absolute discretion of PTI.
Pertaining to Post-graduate Diploma, please also refer to Student Handbook of IPE Management School of Paris (IPE-Paris), available to you upon successful enrolment. In case of discrepancy, the stricter rule(s) will generally prevail. However, we reserve our rights to exercise discretion to decide which rule(s) to apply.
The FCRP™ Programme Assessment & Online Exam Rules & Policy is subject to revision from time to time on ongoing basis without any notice to you. From the time a revised version of The FCRP™ Programme Assessment & Online Exam Rules & Policy is posted on our website(s), the Policy is deemed to have come to your notice, and will be binding on you with immediate effect, unless a specified effective date is stated.
